Beulah Park redevelopment in flux; secret meeting may have violated law

From The Columbus Dispatch Continental Real Estate is no longer buying Beulah Park in Grove City to develop, after parting ways with the thoroughbred track’s owner, Penn National Gaming. Two days before the breakup was made public on Friday, a competing developer hosted three of the five Grove City Council members and officials from Penn National in a meeting that a constitutional law expert says violated the Ohio Sunshine Law.
